Antica masseria pugliese risalente al 1900, estesa su 10 ha di terreno, posizionato a circa 10 km da Grottaglie e a circa 4 km da Villa Castelli.
Tale collocazione le conferisce una posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere, percorrendo pochi chilometri, la caratteristica Valle d’Itria.
Il paesaggio circostante rappresenta una suggestiva oasi di pace naturale e incontaminata, ove è possibile osservare, percorrendo i vari sentieri che si diramano lungo tutto il terreno, le numerose piante di macchia mediterranea, gli ulivi secolari, alberi da frutto, nicchie scavate nella roccia e altre caratteristiche pugliesi come trulli.
La struttura è composta da quattro gruppi di trulli da circa 50 mq l’uno risalenti al ‘600, sulla quale si affacciano i vari ambienti di servizio, tipici delle antiche masserie pugliesi destinate all’attività agricola e all’allevamento del bestiame.
Il grande giardino interno, cinto da muri a secco abbraccia al suo interno una bellissima piscina naturale e biologica, molto famosa nei paesi limitrofi, campo da basket, calcetto, tennis e beach volley.
La presenza di alberi da frutto e di grotte millenarie, utilizzate come ricoveri per gli animali, conferiscono alla struttura aria antica e pura valorizzate anche dalle migliorie apportate per riportare in auge la bellezza secolare della stessa.
La masseria, in totale, vanta 28 posti letto, 5 camere da letto, adibita inoltre con reception e implementata da una bellissima sala da thè e una sala ristorante che ospita almeno 60 commensali interni e 200 esterni.
Completa inoltre di 2 cucine, anfiteatro, bar con chioschetto, docce e diversi bagni.
L’antica aia, un tempo area contigua alla casa rurale, di solito pavimentata in pietra, in mattoni o con un battuto di cemento, sulla quale si esegue la manipolazione e l’essiccazione dei prodotti agricoli, ora adibita a veranda, che regala un momento di relax in ogni momento.
L’acqua calda erogata, viene direttamente dai pannelli solari posti al disopra della struttura.

The ancient farmyard, once an area adjacent to the rural house, usually paved in stone, brick or with a beaten concrete, on which the handling and drying of agricultural products is carried out, now used as a veranda, which gives a moment of relaxation at any time.
The hot water supplied comes directly from the solar panels placed above the structure.
